The Bride

Marah Michele Lidey hails from the historic city of Savannah, GA. Driven and independent from the start, Marah was born to hustle and manifest her dreams. After slaying UGA’s Grady College, where she met yours truly, Marah moved to conquer New York, building the incredible and formidable company we all know and love: Shine. Her playful nature, comedic inclinations, and loving care make our sweet Ava the happiest baby in the world. To solidify our partnership and bond our family together will be the greatest achievement of my life.
The Groom

Jacob Kennedy was born in Seoul, Korea and came home to Atlanta in April 1988. He’s pretty smart: he has three degrees in International Affairs between UGA and NYU, and has even been quoted in the Fiscal Times. He gives top-tier hugs and tickles to our sweet daughter Ava, slays on the soccer field and is a self-proclaimed below-average guitar player. Most of all, he’s the most loyal and loving partner anyone could ask for and I can’t wait to finally make it official with him.
Travel and Accomodations
A hotel block has been reserved at The American Hotel, by Hilton in downtown Atlanta. Just mention the Lidey-Kennedy wedding.
Day-of parking is available at no cost on Pasley Ave SE
